So, I have the biggest crush on Zooey Deschanel. Plus I'm a HUGE She & Him fan. I pretty much want her wardrobe.

It's been too long...

I apologize for my lack of posting lately. We here at CD have beyond busy....with wedding orders, card orders...oh my! Anyways, I recently became obsessed with the Etsy shop Found Paper Co. They have the coolest stuff! I recently bought some of their vintage maps....oooooh are they nice!

Keg Killah

Phew, it has been a great and super busy week! It started with the amazing Storque interview on Etsy and ended with me fulfilling my life-long dream of killing the keg at the Wisconsin State Fair. Oh yes, it's true my friends. If you kill the keg, you get the sweetest shirt ever. Adam and I have dreamed about one day killing the keg, and yesterday it happened. Ah, dreams do come true.

To celebrate my successful week on Etsy, I am off to celebrate by hopefully killing another keg with lots of good friends. Have a happy weekend!

Music in Milwaukee

I have lived in Milwaukee for 5 years now, and I've lived in Bayview for 3 of those....and Friday was the first time I visited the Cactus Club. It was rad and we saw some even rad-er bands. I am left wondering why I haven't gone to the Cactus Club sooner? I am now stocked with some awesome new music to listen to today while I design a very cool new Chicago journal that will be debuted at Renegade. Look out!

I'd like a vacation.

I recently designed some save the dates for Melissa & Travis who are having a beach wedding in Mexico! It made me want to desperately take a vacation, preferably to Mexico please. Ah, sigh. Anyways, I think they turned out pretty cool, very beach-y.

We're so excited to find out that we'll be participating in our second Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago this year! This years fair is on Saturday September 12th and Sunday September 13th from 11Am-7PM, between Division and Damen St. in the Wicker Park neighborhood. We're so freakin' excited and are praying for less rain than last year...
